A dosing system especially designed for outputs from 3.000 to 18.000 BPH:

  • PERRIER patented bottle neck handling system
  • Partial emptying, dosing & levelling valves are fixed
  • Easy to clean design
  • Very compact machine
  • System control which guarantees correct dosing and correct volume
  • Control of dosing bottle and detection of liquor presence

Agitator Machines

A unique moving system especially designed for automatic lines :

  • Perrier patented bottle’s neck handling system
  • Easy to clean design
  • Neck handling system: perfect holding of bottles without pressing the bottles; total
  • consideration of wire hood and cap; flexibility on the bottles
  • Agitating: realized with 4 revolutions of 210°equivalent to 8 half revolutions; homogenization and correct result are obtained with the air bubble
  • Minimal maintenance work

Methode Cap Classique

South African sparkling wines made in the traditional French method (methode champenoise) are referred to as Methode Cap Classiques or MCC’s. Perrier’s high-end equipment has been chosen by some of South Africa’s top producers of Cap Classique because of it’s superior bottle handling and meticulous design.

Perrier Bottling: The machines chosen and used to produce Anthonij Rupert’s L’Ormarins, Graham Beck’s MCC range and JC Le Roux Cap Classiques.

Filling machines for wine and spirits

Perrier’s superior filling machines are especially designed for spirits.

  • Gravity filler with vacuum pipe independent from ring bowl (Air flow isolated from wine)
  • Bottle’s neck handling
  • Filling valves: 2 different filling speeds to reduce foam effect as much as possible
  • Ring bowl with restricted section without inner wall nor crossing parts; constant filling product height for each filling valves
  • Product circuit: alcohol strength loss 0.05° max
