Accurate filling, weighing and pressing of cut tobacco to customer requirements.
A roller conveyor delivers the C48 carton to the filling station. A dynamic chute supplies the product into the carton until a target mass is filled. The tobacco is compressed and the carton is discharged to the carton sealing station.
Carton Sealing Station.
Sealing of plastic inner liner of a C48 carton filled with tobacco.
As the carton arrives at the station, the inner liner is pulled forward and folded by an operator. The operator activates the two-hand control buttons to seal the inner liner. The seal bar retracts and the carton is discharged via the roller conveyor.
