Basket Stacker.
The basket stacker HW 200 is designed to stack a pre-set number of baskets to a maximum of thirteen items.
The stacker consists of a chain conveyor and a stacking mechanism. The baskets are individually fed into a lifting zone by the chain conveyor.
A lifting platform raises the basket and maintains its position via a holding mechanism, while the platform descends to receive the next basket.
This cycle is repeated until the stack of a pre-determined number of baskets is completed.
The stack is then lowered onto the chain conveyor and is discharged.
